Mathew is an energetic, efficiency-minded with Business Operations Management professional with 15+ years of progressive responsibility managing a fast-paced mix of operational planning, execution, working with start-ups and small to businesses.
At Talent Gap, he runs the business operations for both the Contingency and RPO verticals. He consistently provides great support to clients and recruitment teams.
